Busy Busy Busy!

About seven weeks ago we bought our first property. We found a big place in Lane Cove with two bedrooms, a big balcony facing south with open views so we can watch both sunrise and sunset. The place is nice but it's in what real estate agents call "original condition" - ie: a dump. We finally got the possession on Wednesday the 29th of October.

The tenents left us lots of nice souvenirs like this table and this door.

Here's a shot of the condition of the carpet.

The ceiling is covered with gray Vermiculite - looks kind of like the surface of the moon.

This is Victor's machine to spray paint the ceiling. See those buckets of paint? That's how much is needed to paint two rooms of vermiculite ceiling.

Lots of holes to be filled before we paint the walls.
